Xernel (“we”, “us”) is an independent seller of third-party software. We are not affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by or endorsed by any game publisher, game developer, gaming platform or anti-cheat vendor.
2. Trademarks
Game titles, trademarks, logos and other marks belong to their respective owners. We use them only nominatively, to indicate which game a product is compatible with. This does not imply any endorsement by, or connection with, the owner. 3. Client-Side Only
Our products are designed as client-side modifications that run solely on the user’s own device and interact only with the game client running on it. Server-side exploits, attacks on or interference with game servers or backend infrastructure, denial-of-service attacks, exploiting server vulnerabilities, accessing other players’ accounts or data, and any other action that harms the server side are not part of any of our products, are strictly prohibited, and are a ground for immediate termination of the license without refund. This describes what our products are designed to do; it is not a claim of approval by any game publisher.
4. Risk of Breaching Game Rules and Account Bans
Using third-party software may violate the terms of service and rules of games and gaming platforms. Publishers and platforms may take action under their own rules, including warnings, restrictions, and temporary or permanent account bans, which may include loss of in-game purchases, items and progress.
The statuses on our Status page and in the catalog reflect reality: our team sets them based on continuous monitoring, and when the situation changes we update them promptly and pause sales where needed. However, publisher and anti-cheat checks are outside our control, so no one can give an absolute guarantee for the future. Products are used at your own risk.
5. Legality in Your Country
The legal treatment of third-party game software differs between countries. We do not claim that buying or using our products is lawful in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking and complying with the law where you are located.
6. Technical Risks
- Some products run with elevated system privileges. Install them only on computers you own or are authorised to use.
- Security software may flag products as potentially unwanted. Make any exclusions deliberately and at your own judgement.
- We recommend regular backups of important data and keeping your system up to date.
- Compatibility is not guaranteed for systems that do not meet the requirements on the product page.
7. Fair Play and Other Players
Please respect other players. Using products in prize-money tournaments, for fraud, betting or harassment is prohibited by our Terms of Service and leads to termination of the license.
