Refund Policy

Rules for refunds and cancellations

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of products, refunds are reviewed case-by-case and are available only for confirmed service quality issues.

2. Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Eligible Cases

  • Unresolved technical failure
  • Duplicate purchase
  • License non-delivery within stated timeframe

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after access was provided
  • Customer-side misuse or incompatibility
  • Violations of service terms
